UOG Breaks Ground for New WERI Building

On Nov. 20, 2023, the University of Guam breaks ground for two new buildings, a Nursing Annex for the School of Health and a facility for WERI. Cathleen Moore-Lin, the Executive Director of RCUOG, reflects on the hurdles the team overcame in the last few years to get to this momentous occasion—from the COVID-19 pandemic, funding constraints, to regulatory processes, and most recently, Typhoon Mawar.
