Dr. Hsu, professor and team leader for Feng Chia University, speaks to WERI and FCU exchange participants on May 3, 2024. WERI hosted the exchange with Feng Chia University (FCU) from Taiwan. FCU's visit at WERI marks the second exchange between the two institutions.
