On April 30, Ms. Snaer successfully defended her thesis, "Hydrologic Analysis of the Deep Observation Wells in the Northern Guam Lens Aquifer" to an audience consisting of her committee, undergraduate and graduate students, and local agencies (GWA, GEPA, NWS and USGS).
